We are very proud to announce that following a recent audit by Lloyds Register, our auditor has confirmed that he is recommending us for approval in all three disciplines.

Formal certification should follow in about 4 weeks and we very much look forward to the time we can use the Lloyd's insignia to demonstrate to you and the outside world our commitment to Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment.

We take 5 minutes out to pat ourselves on the back and then it's back to the grindstone to continue building this system to ensure we consistently deliver a quality experience to you.

Mean but Green Machines !

You may recall our October newsletter in which we published our environmental objectives? Well, it's now time to put our money where our mouth is as we've just invested in 4 new 'Green Hybrid' cars to our fleet.

The Toyota Prius is a high-tech enviro-friendly hybrid that at speeds under 20mph uses electric alone, it is then recharged by the petrol engine when in use. With the speed limit at BAA airports being 20mph max on air side property we'll be whizzing around in a environmentally friendly manner as we go about our daily business!
